TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Applicable from August 1, 2017
The conditions are applicable to the supply of all products or items from AVENGER (Suisse) SA. (hereinafter referred to as “AVENGER”. They come into force and are accepted by the customer as soon as his signature is affixed to the order confirmation, as soon as payment is made or, on the internet, as soon as the button corresponding to the execution of the command is clicked.
All our prices are indicated in Swiss francs, plus 8% VAT.

ORDERS
Orders can be taken in different ways:
-by telephone on 021 968 38 38 from Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1800
-on our website: www.avenger4x4.ch
-by mail to: AVENGER (Switzerland) SA, Route des barges 2, 1896 Vouvry, Switzerland
In all cases, the order/sale will be confirmed by AVENGER in writing (email or postal mail).
If the desired item is not available in stock and must be ordered by AVENGER from its supplier, a deposit of 50% maximum of the total amount of the order (including delivery costs, assembly, etc… as well as VAT of 8%) is requested from the customer. The order is validated, and therefore final, once the quote has been accepted and signed by the customer, and after receipt of the deposit mentioned in the quote, it being specified that the order contains a payment obligation.
AVENGER reserves the right to cancel and refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order and/or for any other commercial reason for which AVENGER does not have to justify.
AVENGER reserves the right to modify prices unilaterally and without notice as well as any other conditions of sale.
PAYMENTS :
By Visa or Mastercard credit card: The amount of your order will be debited after stock verification and will be cashed upon receipt of the order.
Payment in advance: By bank transfer: The order will only be sent after receipt of payment. If you choose this payment method, you will receive our banking details by email. Please make your transfer as soon as possible to avoid unpleasant surprises linked to possible stock shortages.
Cash payment: We accept cash payments in the event of collection of the order by the customer directly from our store.
DELIVERY :
We only deliver to Switzerland. The risks associated with delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are invoiced according to the rates in force (see deliveries & returns). When canceling an order, we reserve the right to invoice all costs incurred (minimum 30.-). If when ordering, an ordered item is not available, our shipping department will deliver the available items and the remainder of the order will be delivered later.
DELIVERY DELAY : :
AVENGER undertakes to respect delivery times, except in the event of force majeure, out of stock or delay not attributable to the company. The expiration of a delivery period does not give the buyer the right to cancel his order or to claim damages.
If the item is in stock, the goods are delivered on average between 2 and 5 working days subject to product availability. When collecting directly from our store, the customer is informed of the availability of the goods. Delivery times include the order preparation time and the delivery time of the goods. Your order follows the normal preparation cycle by our shipping department, then it is sent either by Post, by a carrier of our choice or by us depending on the weight, the place of delivery and the nature of the goods. The preparation time may be more or less important depending on the volume of orders to be processed. For any confirmation regarding our deadlines, do not hesitate to contact us. Delivery times are always given as an indication. However, we are not responsible if the deadline is exceeded by the Post Office or the carrier. If the item is not available and its deadline must be exceeded following its unavailability, we inform the customer and offer an exchange of the item or a refund.
GUARANTEES :
The warranty on the products we sell is limited solely to the exchange of defective products, under the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer of the product. Without any further liability for physical or mechanical damage of any kind. No guarantee and no returns will be accepted without our favorable notice. Contact us by phone or email.
WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE - RETURNS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
You have 7 days from receipt of your order to return the product that does not suit you. Please note: All product returns must be subject to agreement on our part. Returns must be made in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), in perfect condition, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back. In particular, we never take back an item that has been assembled or used even once. Shipping costs and return risks remain the responsibility of the buyer. We therefore advise you to insure your shipments to the value of your invoice. Any return accepted by our customer service will result in the creation of a credit or a refund (at the buyer's request) for the benefit of the buyer after qualitative verification of the returned products. Only the price of the returned product(s) will be refunded. Postage and delivery costs will remain your responsibility. There is no compensation possible due to errors in the image, price or text.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Photographs, graphics, texts: despite our desire to be as precise as possible and to respect the reality of the products as much as possible, it may happen that an error in the description appears on a product. We undertake to correct it as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for modifications to the products presented, as these may be modified without notice by the manufacturers. The photos of the products are non-contractual. The prices, descriptions and colors of the products in our Internet catalog are given for information purposes only and may be modified depending on supplies, economic conditions or the economic situation.
RESPONSIBILITY:
AVENGER cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or physical, which could result from malfunction or misuse of the products sold.
Furthermore, AVENGER cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the canton or country where the product will be assembled/used. It is up to the buyer to check with local authorities the terms of use of the products he plans to order.

AVENGER (Suisse) SA is registered in the Moudon trade register. These conditions are subject to Swiss law, the legal venue for both parties is the headquarters of Avenger (Suisse) SA in Rennaz.

Avenger (Suisse) SA guarantees the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us. This data will not give rise to a session or a sale.
SHIPMENTS - DELIVERIES:
We deliver exclusively to Switzerland!
Shipping fees :
- single flat rate of 99.00 Swiss francs for any delivery in Switzerland, regardless of the number of packages or the total weight.
- costs for cash on delivery: supplement of CHF 20.-
Carefully check the contents of the package in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice any damage, describe it precisely on the delivery receipt. Don't forget to date and have the carrier sign and keep a copy of the receipt... otherwise you will no longer have any recourse
